Restoration Hardware Rug

Albion's ultra-low pile reveals vestiges of Mughal motifs, whose stylized designs have unexpectedly modern appeal. Artisans hand knot the deeply striated pile from washed wool yarns, interspersing exposed cotton yarns to create an evocative, weathered effect.

Masterfully hand knotted, sheared and finished with exceptional attention to detail, our Contemporary collection conjures elegant optic effects from color, texture and line. The patterns emerge and intensify depending on the angle of view, then disappear into the pile.
