Antonio Lupi Design Joelle e Miss Joelle

The circular geometry of the seat is the fulcrum of the design around which a structure is shaped that becomes a backrest, a permeable screen that protects, shelters, hides the heart of the armchair.‎ Joelle and Miss Joelle are sisters united by the balance between the compositional elements that express their personality in the different types of backrests.‎ A sequence of metal tubes for Joelle that convey a feeling of lightness and visual permeability, giving dynamism to the whole.‎ An upholstered backrest, on the other hand, for Miss Joelle to build a more classic image, perfect for more formal contexts, in which to enhance the preciousness of leathers and fabrics through refined color combinations.‎ In both cases, the seat appears suspended, thanks to the circular metal ring perfectly inserted in the curved structure that supports it along the perimeter.‎
