All available fnishes are produced using water-based eco-friendly paints and varni-
shes that are non-toxic to humans and the environment, made from natural compo-
nents that enhance the beauty of the wood, while also giving it excellent mechanical
strength and chemical resistance along with good UV stability. They meet current
standards on emissions into the atmosphere during product coating. On request, the-
se varnishes and paints can comply with the standard for coatings used to fnish
children’s toys (European standard EN 71-3). Some fnishes are brushed. Brushing
is a special process that brings out the wood’s grain. It is carried out on all exterior
parts, including edges. You may see minor changes in the colour of the furniture over
time since wood is a natural light-sensitive material.
