Notes: The grass patterns are scattered using 3 helpers and 3 maps located in the Textures folder.
The FBX file contains only the grass and ground models with no scatter setups.
Some maps in the material and Displace modifier are based on World Mapping and are not affected by the object's UV.
The Displace modifier is used only on the Natural Grass setup to create ridges and surface details on the ground. You can easily adjust its strength.
The Square Pattern Grass surface has no displacement.
