A hand-blown Venetian glass shade is delicately balanced on the point of an aluminium arm in this standout light from the French design duo.The effect is reminiscent of glass hung from the blower's pipe, taking the material back to its originate form. Contrasting the softness of the shade is the robust marble base, available in either classic white or black.Combining traditional artisan craftsmanship with industrially engineered materials, the Lighthouse Lamp now stands in prestigious museum collections, marking it as a likely future heirloom piece. The light is plugged in via a braided fabric cable, and the diffused light source is controlled by an integrated dimmable switch.
