V-Ray+Corona

You have two sets of materials, each set with 3 different modes, clean, dirty and
common modes for each set of textures.

In the Maps folder, there are 7 textures along with two folders. There are three other
textures in each folder.

All different material modes are created by applying textures only and by default with V-Ray and Corona settings (Only "reflect" value have been changed to the maximum)
- The tile is not made by geometry (texture)
- Material - seamless texture (diffuse + normal + reflglossiness + AO + Fresnal ior + height)
- No plugins required
