Active House

Active House is a residential building that unites the three basic principles of the concept of "Active House": - energy efficiency - healthy microclimate - respect for nature. The projected two-story residential house with attic and basement with a total area of 280 sq.m. represents a harmonious balance between energy-efficient systems and the spatial structure of the house, which meets modern standards. The main aesthetic component of the house is laconicism and simplicity of forms. The natural appearance of the house is achieved thanks to the facade elements of the 3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes EX series (Exterior). The project of the house was created by the company "T-construction" to participate in the competition Archnovation 2019 in the special category "The best project with the use of energy-efficient technologies".
