RAM Speed not fully loaded

Hello, I have a problem with the RAM speed, |I have 4x16gb 3200MHz DDR4 RAM.

The problem is that the ram speed for the moment is 1600MHz. How can I make it to 3200 MHz, I set the profile in the bios to 3200 MHz but in task manager is shown as 1600MHz.

What should I do?
