Comprehensive multifunctional resort Nagaevo

This project is located on the picturesque bank of the Belaya River in the Republic of Bashkortostan. It envisions the creation of a year-round, multifunctional resort complex aimed at promoting sustainable tourism and enhancing the recreational potential of the area. The resort comprises a full-scale hotel, apartment-style accommodations, private chalets, a wellness and spa center, a fine-dining restaurant, modern conference facilities, a vibrant shopping and entertainment hub, and extensive public leisure zones. The architectural concept is guided by the principles of eco-friendly and energy-efficient design. The structures are harmoniously integrated into the surrounding natural landscape, ensuring minimal environmental impact while offering guests comfort, tranquility, and immersive coastal views. The visualization includes high-quality renders that convey both the architectural design and the atmosphere of the resort.
