Now, it is a modern residential complex, restored in accordance with historical preservation requirements. The facade, preserving its historic character, has been enhanced with modern accents, making the entire complex an important contribution to the city's protected architectural heritage. To convey this atmosphere, we meticulously recreated the surroundings in 3D, filling them with natural elements that create the impression of a lively, already inhabited space. With finely tuned lighting, carefully designed scenography, and skillful rendering, the visualization not only presents the construction project but also immerses viewers in the future, making it visible and tangible even before the reconstruction begins.
