Your main responsibilities will include:

All typical requirements relating to delivering projects for clients:
- Communicating quickly and efficiently
- Only sending images to clients when you are sure that all comments have been captured
- Understanding client comments and updating images accordingly
- Meeting agreed deadlines
- Keeping on top of project costs
- Rendering images
- Speaking with project managers if you ever have any problems

Требования:

- A high level of experience in producing photo-realistic 3D images
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher). The company will communicate in English,
and you will be required to deal directly with our clients they are predominantly
UK based
- Experience working directly with English speaking clients (UK, USA, etc)
- Need to be proficient with 3DS Max, Vray and / or Corona, Photoshop,
AutoCAD
- Ability to create 3D models with a proper grid (hi-poly, low-poly), work with
materials, texturing. Experience in exporting models from third-party programs
to 3Ds Max (ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications, using
them to build scenes
- Ability to read and understand client markups in English and not miss comments
- Ideally studied architecture or interior design at university (not essential but
useful)

4K Projects are a UK-based 3D visualization company. For many years we have been working with Ukrainian freelance artists, however, we have always partnered with large companies and had our own project manager running jobs. Now we are looking to work with more experienced artists who are capable of working directly with our clients.

We have a steady flow of projects that we need help with and are looking to start collaborating with artists who are capable of working with us (instead of for us), and are happy to run projects with our clients themselves. To confirm — please only apply for this position if you are happy working with our clients directly we will be providing support, but you will be given your own email address and will be required to work directly with our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individual freelancers and small studios who want to collaborate with us, develop their skills and work on exciting projects with UK clients. If you are looking for a new challenge and a steady flow of work, this could be a great opportunity.

Salary

We will be paying artists hourly on a project-by-project basis. We pay approximately $200-$300 for interior images, and approximately $300-$450 for exterior images (depending on complexity).

We understand this is not a typical role (hiring freelancers to work directly with our clients). It will take time to find and test great candidates, however we are looking to build a great long-term relationship with you and there will be a lot of work. If it will help, in return for your cooperation and to show our commitment we are happy to pay a monthly retainer (amount to be discussed) in return for your availability.

Testing / Training

All applicants who show potential will be interviewed. Then we will be asking candidates to carry out a test (the test will be paid).
