Обязанности:
1.Outline client design objectives.
2.Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
3.Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
4.Source materials from local markets and products included in plans.
5.Able to make design presentation to the client.
6.Utilize computer applications in the design process.
7.Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Требования:
1.Bachelor's degree in interior design.
2.Portfolio of previous design works.
3.Project management experience.
4.Experience with commercial design such as shop design, restaurant design, clinic... etc.
5.Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
6.Excellent communication skills.
7.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D max or similar design software.
8.Probation will be around 2-3 months.

* Russian speaker also able to speak/write/read English fluently.
* Able to speak Chinese is a plus.
Our office is located in Dubai, UAE. We required the candidates in Dubai already to have the face to face interview. Candidates should have Interior Design experiences in Dubai at least 3 years. Better to have knowledge of the shop drawing and site-visiting experiences during construction period. Able to communicate with site workers to fit the design is plus. Understand the UAE material markets is the plus.
