Обязанности:
• Create high-end, photorealistic interior and exterior architectural visualizations.
• Work from architectural drawings, plans, 3D models, references, and design concepts.
• Produce professional-quality renders with strong attention to lighting, materials, composition, details, and realism.
• Develop and prepare interior scenes with a clear understanding of architectural design and spatial planning.
• Follow project references, artistic direction, and client feedback accurately.
• Deliver consistent quality within agreed deadlines.
• Handle projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a professional workflow and communicate clearly throughout the project.
Требования:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders.
• Previous experience with architectural offices, studios, or professional architectural visualization projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of interior architecture, space planning, materials, lighting, furniture, and architectural details.
• Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer is MANDATORY.
• Strong modeling, texturing, lighting, composition, and post-production skills.
• Ability to understand architectural drawings and translate design concepts into realistic visuals.
• Excellent eye for detail and photorealism.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver professional-quality results.
• Immediate availability to start.
Условия:
• Remote, project-based freelance position.
• We are looking for 3–5 experienced artists for regular project collaboration.
• Regular projects will be available for artists who can consistently maintain the required quality.
• Immediate joining is required.
• Project rates are negotiable and will be discussed based on project scope, complexity, and quality.
• This is not an entry-level or mid-level position.
