- fixed Vray Absorption: multiplier -> distance is now calculated inverse; absorption will be ignored if fog color == white
- added Autodesk Materials conversion (Generic + all subsequent mats like Stone, Wood, ...) - added Autodesk Bitmap conversion; maps like autodesk tile, autodesk noise etc are not supported
