Hello, I meet the requirements for 50 and 100 models. Can I get the awards please? Thank you!

Hello administrators. Like many others a few models have disappeared from my profile, 6 to be precise. They are missing in the total count of models, they disappeared from the models section and I can´t also find them through the search function, they don´t show up. Since I am making this report I also have a different problem. The awards for uploading certain amount of models never showed up in my profile past the 25 model milestone, meaning I never got the 50 and the 100 awards. Thank you in advance for your help!
