If yoy pay one time do you then get acces for ever to every model or only to one model ?

Hey, im not a good modeller, im average and im in no way to be able to model so i can download free models, so my question is is it possible to buy acces to download the realy good models like http://www.3ddd.ru/modules/files/showfile.php?lid=31117 and other great models, or is it only for those that is already good at modelling ? Hope you understand my question
