Таки Владо разродился новым релизом V-Ray 3.4

Встречаем новые плюшки: Поддержка 2017 макса, деноизер в отдельном пассе, скорость просчета лайт кэш и т.д.

Проверь, нет ли анимации на верейлайтах. Был замечен такой глюк

нет вообще лайтов, есть один хдр на окружении и пара линий с EdgesTex на бампе..все...

Bestviz, и я пытался этот текст ченжлога пару дней назад тут вставить, так и пост удалили:) Беда тут с форматированием текста. Зато есть хорошая новость, уже есть оригинальные дистрибутивы для версий 14-17. Может скоро и таблеточка будет от блексторм (если он не забросил это дело).

Приветствую всех. перешел на 3,5- впечатления нормальные. но столкнулся с такой проблемой - делаю полноценный ландшафт -  делаю весь двор 40*80 м. без проксей было около 80 млн. все перевел - осталось 3 млн. при рендере ставлю статик лимит памяти 20 ГБ. - доходит до 21 и макс вылетает.

Моя машина 2600К  - разгон 4,2. память 24 Гб.

Пробовал ставить лимит памяти на 15 ГБ - все равно гонит до 21-22 и вылет... у меня такой глюк? 

З.Ы. заранее прошу прощения - если уже вопрос поднимался - мне послезавтра сдавать работу - сейчас не успею перечитать все, но столкнулся с таким впервые в интерьере 30 млн в прокси - нормально считает. а тут поставил картинку 3*2 к и все... очень выручите советом.. заранее спасибо!

AMD_shnik, в статик режиме врай всю память берет которая нужна ему для проксей и дисплейса. ставь динамик и лимит ему. там даже название dyn mem limit говорит само за себя, dyn=dynamic.

Ого. много чего завезут, но всё равно, больше касается РТ, мелких исправлений старых ошибок, типа вылетов с прокси и глюки с нормалмап. Перенос одних вещей в другое место. Ну хоть ГИ сделали по дефолту, и то хорошо.

То что заинтересовало:

V-Ray: Faster rendering with the light cache;

VFB: Add option to enable auto-saving to history if the render completed normally (i.e. is not aborted);

VFB: Add option to keep the VFB history folder relative to the current project path;

VRayProxy: Optimize rendering;

AMD_shnik, в статик режиме врай всю память берет которая нужна ему для проксей и дисплейса. ставь динамик и лимит ему. там даже название dyn mem limit говорит само за себя, dyn=dynamic.

в жесткой конкурентной борьбе по другому никак.. они долгие годы были безусловным лидером на рынке .вот особо и не шевелились. дорабатывали там вяло что-то.. а тут появился серьезный конкурент и позиции резко начали сливаться.. вот и пришлось ребятам зашевелиться чтоб вообще в забвение не уйти

Пришлось делать проект в 2016 максе.. и vray 3.3 как-то хренова себя ведет.. То полностью наглухо всё виснит, то перезагружается комп.. через синий экран, видать в утке с памятью траблы))

В 2014 работал, всё норм. Никто не наблюдал такой недокряк на 2016? =\

Будем надеяться 3.4 норм сделают :)

Вот не могу я понять, в режиме adaptive, как регулировать скорость и шум, никогда таких проблем не возникало, с 3.3 появились) Такое ощущение что Noise threshold не отзывается вообще, как угодно его крути эффекта 0, вот color threshold отзывчивый, но стало хватать очень завышенных значений (ранее при таких, всё было в дичайших шумах)...

Ребята объясните кто понимает, я чет вообще не догоняю оО Noise thr теперь крутить вообще бессмысленно? 

а регулировать шум\скорость Color thr и Min Shading ?

На сколько я понял, в Adaptive image sampler надо ставить поболе Max subdivs, а Color treshold поменьше и шумихи становится меньше, но и скорость падает.

Не миншейдинг, а макс сабдивс.

Для настроек врей 3.3 достаточно корректировать два значения, клр.трешхолд и макс сабдивс. При том, по умолчанию макс сабдивс стоит 24, зачастую этого достаточно. Для более точно настройки надо рендерить пасс семпл рейт и там смотреть. Я, как и многие, для конечного рендера ставлю 50(должно хватить почти для всех вариантов рендера). Ну а ноиз трешхолд тут уже по вкусу - 0,005 для финалки, можно 0,01 и денойзером немного чистонуть(для увеличения скорости рендера). 

Ну и не забывать в разделе "глобал свитч" отключить(или перенастроить) "макс рей итемс", иначе будет постоянно резать силу света(например от солнца в интерьере)
